StartLife Wageningen
StartLife is the Agri- & FoodTech accelerator of the Wageningen Universiteit & Research (WUR). The 15 start-ups of 2024’s cohort needed help to better structure and contextualise their first commercial meetings in order to test their main business assumptions, get commitment for a follow up or do effective sales.
Thanks to our blended learning approach, combining theory, case studies, and role-plays, attendees could immediately put their new skills into practice.
Amslod
To disrupt the e-bike category Amslod developed a concept bike, that takes out the part assembly of bikes and codependency of maintenance partners by developing a single piece frame with fully integrated components, reducing maintenance to a bare minimum.
We developed the go to market strategy, performed detailed consumer research and concept testing to create a distinctive positioning and flavored it with appealing propositions and visual representations.
Bright River
At Bright River, an AI driven technology scale-up based in Haarlem, launching a new proposition to a new audience posed a significant challenge.
We successfully developed a comprehensive commercial strategy incorporating sales training, account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, and paid campaigns to transition in enterprise retail from studio-managers to C-level counterparts.
Privacy Company
Privacy Company, a privacy management advisory firm based in The Hague and Berlin, needed reinforcement of their thought leadership. Following a mostly organic approach to create demand for their consultancy services, training and software.
We helped develop value propositions and messaging grids for the services and corresponding audiences, consisting of multiple levels of decision makers. A content strategy was developed upon the pain relievers for the audiences. Consistently putting out content organically, supported with drip campaigns delivers a constant flow of high quality leads.
Nationale Nederlanden
With more teams coming in the scaling phase help was needed to define and embed appropriate capabilities in this stage of the innovation funnel and in the organisation.
We employed a combination of analysis and blended workshops (both online and offline). Leveraging our expertise, we developed a structured approach for ventures to achieve Product-Market Fit and scale effectively. Additionally, we created a comprehensive playbook to further streamline the innovation process within NN.
REVELX
We teamed up with RevelX to help an enterprise payment platform, split their one for all solution into multiple offerings to specific target audiences.
We helped define focus market segments for each offering and created matching value propositions ranging from treasury management to payment hubs. Parallel we restructured the sales process, created gates for more control and trained the sales team.
Plek
After acquiring a sister company, the Amsterdam HRTech scale-up Plek hired us to redefine their value proposition, enhance content creation, and develop a go-to-market strategy. They also needed to boost sales conversion and reduce lead times due to lagging commercial performance.
We organised strategic workshops to determine optimal market positioning and redefined the value proposition based on customer journeys. We then implemented a growth marketing process to bridge marketing and sales, resulting in a substantial increase in Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and improved conversion rates.
ING Labs
As a Growth Marketing Lead at ING Labs, we advised innovation initiatives on Product-Market Fit, go-to-market strategies, and impactful marketing tools. We coached teams on growth experiments and data analysis, driving measurable growth.
Additionally, we further improved the innovation processes of the entire accelerator and, based on our Traction Tracker, generated crucial insights into individual investments whereby significantly increasing ROI of the entire innovation portfolio.
